A. Registration:
The registration must be done online.

The registration is done in the following steps:
1) Selection of the course on our homepage.
2) Confirm by clicking on the button “Book now”.
3) Fill in the registration form and click on the “Send booking” button.
4) You will receive further information with the registration confirmation by e-mail. This confirmation does not yet constitute a final registration or seat reservation.
5) The registration fee should be transferred to the specified account within one week after receipt of the confirmation of registration.

The consumer only has the option of payment in advance.
Exceptionally, if there are still free places on the course, it is possible to register on site and pay the course fee directly.

B. Cancellation
In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start of the seminar, the fees will be fully refunded; thereafter – up to 14 days before the start of the seminar – we offer to balance the value by crediting another seminar. If this is not desired by the participant, we charge a processing fee of 10% of the participation fees, but at least 30.00 €. In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the start of the course, we reserve the right to charge half of the fee. In case of later cancellation or no-show, the full participation fee is due. Cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail: or fax +492331 476 2615 ).

In case of non-attendance the full fees must be charged.

C.  Right of cancellation / cancellation policy
You may revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days in text form (e.g. fax, e-mail) without stating reasons. The timely dispatch of the revocation suffices to comply with the revocation period.

D. Changes/cancellation of a course by the organizer
The event will only take place if a minimum number of participants is reached. The organizer reserves the right to exchange speakers, to relocate or cancel events in terms of time or space and to make changes to the program. The organizer is not liable for travel expenses to a cancelled event.
If, in cases of force majeure, the organizer is entitled and/or obliged to make changes in the execution of the event and/or cancel it due to official orders and/or for safety reasons, there is no liability for damages to the participant.
If an event is cancelled altogether, fees already paid will be refunded in full.
Further claims are excluded.
